• Earnings expectations: $50,000 to $150,000 per year
• Job Type: Full Time
• Location: Waukee, IA 50263

• Greet customers on the sales floor and assess their needs through thoughtful customer needs analysis
• Effectively present features and benefits of new and used vehicles
• Develop in-depth knowledge of vehicle inventory and product details
• Work with sales management and finance department to help customer get the ideal vehicle based on their budget
• Assist with merchandising and organizing inventory as needed
• Complete necessary paperwork and ensure a smooth delivery process.
• Deliver vehicles to customers in a clean, operational, and professional manner.
• Follow a structured sales process, including prompt responses to internet leads with strong verbal and written communication
• Be a reliable, punctual person with excellent attendance and participate in training and department meetings

This is a full-time position. Specific hours will be discussed during the interview process and may include evenings and weekends to meet customer needs.

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Experience in retail or sales environments preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to develop sales techniques and manage social media marketing.
• Excellent organizational skills, including follow-up and customer engagement before and after sales.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and team meetings.
• Reliable and consistent attendance is essential.
