• Actively generate new sales leads through qualified calls and meetings with new agency partner relationships to achieve or exceed sales goals.
• Provide captive education and consulting for existing and prospective captive clients and agency partners.
• Maintain relationships with clients and address their evolving business needs, delivering documents as appropriate.
• Attend all sales‑related activities, promoting a game‑changing, positive attitude in support of agency changes and growth.
• Plan, attend, and participate in captive quarterly calls and member meetings.
• Serve as Captive Lead on group captive programs and act as liaison between agency partners, clients, and vendor partners.
• Collaborate with various disciplines within ICs to drive strategic direction, insight, and vision for the captive.
• Maintain professional and consultative relationships with committees within the captive.
• Develop Captive Consultants and Business Development Coordinators to deepen their knowledge and responsibilities.
• Account for overall team commitments made to customers.
• Encourage and coach to build healthy, high‑functioning teams through influence.

• Education:
  
  College degree preferred.
• Experience:
  
  2+ years of employee benefits sales experience.
• Licensing:
  Hold an appropriate state‑specific insurance agent’s license, or have the ability to obtain one within 90 days of hire.
• Strong sales skills with a proven process to meet or exceed goals, advanced public communication, excellent written communication, and proficiency in advanced technology including Salesforce.
• Must travel by own vehicle up to 50% of the time.

Total compensation is commensurate with the book of business.
