Immediate need for EXPERIENCED Senior Group Fitness Trainer

Locations:
Waukee, Iowa;
West Des Moines, Iowa;
Adel, Iowa

If you enjoy working with adults 55 and older, have a vibrant and outgoing personality, and a background in personal training, group fitness, physical therapy, occupational therapy, or other related experience, we would love to talk with you about opportunities to join a developing team of like-minded professionals and grow with our company.

• Build and maintain excellent relationships with senior participants and staff
• Develop and implement exercise program
• Provide timely feedback to the company, communities and participants
• Lead safe, effective group fitness classes
• Provide group, private one-on-one training and small group training as needed
• Modify exercises as needed for older adults
• Follow all program protocols and report attendance/feedback
• Travel to community locations for scheduled classes/sessions

• Proven experience in the health and wellness industry
• Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Ability to work well with a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Motivated self-starter with ability to manage your own schedule
• Background/proven experience with developing daily exercise programs

Live 2 B Healthy serves older adults in a wide variety of Senior Living Communities. We customize our programs to meet the needs of the communities and seniors we serve. We offer small and large group classes, as well as personal training.
