Accountant Position

Full‑time, in‑office Accountant position at a CPA firm in West Dundee.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual compilation financial statements using Accounting CS and Quick Books Desktop and Online.
• Client interaction, working with individuals, and small/medium sized businesses in all areas of accounting, tax and compliance.
• Strong communication, organizational and technical skills in a fast‑paced environment with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality in all work products.

Job

Skills:

• Accounting degree is required.
• Minimum 2 years bookkeeping/accounting experience in a professional financial service or accounting environment.
• Experience preparing business, individual and Trust tax returns.
• Experience with tax and accounting software packages;
  Ultra Tax, Accounting CS and Quick Books Desktop and Online.
• Experience in payroll and sales tax preparation and review.
• Strong organizational and computer skills.
