Salary: $140K–$160K base

Our client, a growing logistics company, is hiring a Controller to lead accounting and financial operations for a fast‑paced distribution environment. This Controller role is open due to retirement and is ideal for either an experienced Controller or a strong Accounting Manager ready for the next step.

• Lead accounting operations including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Partner with operations leadership to analyze costs, improve efficiencies, and support profitability
• Oversee internal controls, audits, compliance, and ERP/reporting processes
• Manage and mentor the accounting/finance function while supporting strategic initiatives

• 7–10 years of progressive accounting/finance experience
• Background in logistics, fulfillment, warehousing, distribution, or similar environment preferred
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Experience with forecasting, financial analysis, and operational accounting
