• Lead month-end and year-end close activities
• Prepare financial statements, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules
• Analyze manufacturing costs, inventory, and operational performance
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger accuracy
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years of accounting experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Preferred:

• Manufacturing, steel fabrication, or industrial industry experience
• ERP system experience
• Cost accounting or inventory accounting exposure
• CPA or CPA-track candidate
