Senior Accountant

• Report directly to the Senior Accounting Manager
• Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of financial statements and reporting
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements for accuracy and completeness
• Prepare and maintain reporting packages, variance analyses, and supporting documentation for executive leadership, private equity ownership, lenders, and other key stakeholders
• Calculate, review, reconcile, and analyze sales commissions and incentive compensation programs
• Ensure accurate payments, proper accruals, and compliance with approved compensation plans
• Assist in preparing the annual budget and periodic forecasts
• Assist with year-end financial audit activities and the annual corporate financial controls audit
• Assess current practices and procedures and recommend improvements
• Perform ad hoc analysis and projects as requested
• Supervise and/or manage general ledger accounting functions
• Work with external auditors to ensure correct and timely closing and reporting
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• CPA or MBA preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities across all level of the organization
• Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results
• Experience with other financial systems;
  Net Suite experience preferred
• Advanced Excel knowledge
• Thorough knowledge of U.S. GAAP
• FX experience; foreign exchange
• Detailed and accurate data entry
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work calmly under pressure
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat, with significant experience in MS Excel
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must meet U.S. employment eligibility requirements

Demonstrates expertise in financial statement preparation, analysis, and reporting, with a strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and advanced Excel skills. Proven ability to lead accounting functions, manage audits, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment.
