- Report directly to the Senior Accounting Manager
- Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of financial statements and reporting
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements for accuracy and completeness
- Prepare and maintain reporting packages, variance analyses, and supporting documentation for executive leadership, private equity ownership, lenders, and other key stakeholders
- Calculate, review, reconcile, and analyze sales commissions and incentive compensation programs
- Ensure accurate payments, proper accruals, and compliance with approved compensation plans
- Assist in preparing the annual budget and periodic forecasts
- Assist with year-end financial audit activities and the annual corporate financial controls audit
- Assess current practices and procedures and recommend improvements
- Perform ad hoc analysis and projects as requested
- Supervise and/or manage general ledger accounting functions
- Work with external auditors to ensure correct and timely closing and reporting
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- CPA or MBA preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities across all level of the organization
- Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results
- Experience with other financial systems;
Net Suite experience preferred - Advanced Excel knowledge
- Thorough knowledge of U.S. GAAP
- FX experience; foreign exchange
- Detailed and accurate data entry
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work calmly under pressure
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat, with significant experience in MS Excel
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must meet U.S. employment eligibility requirements
Demonstrates expertise in financial statement preparation, analysis, and reporting, with a strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and advanced Excel skills. Proven ability to lead accounting functions, manage audits, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment.
