Controller, Accounting, Accounting Manager

Chicago, IL (Fully Onsite)

Salary range: $150,000 - $165,000

LHH is partnering with a growing, fast-paced organization seeking an experienced accounting leader to oversee the month-end close process, lead and develop an accounting team, and drive process improvements and internal controls.

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Experience leading the close process in a mid-sized organization
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to hold teams accountable
• Excellent communication and executive presence

• CPA
• Big 4 or public accounting foundation
• Experience in a fast-paced environment
