Job Title
Student Worker
Pay Rate$12.00 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities- Answer phone calls, texts, and emails promptly and professionally.
- Assisting students, parents, faculty, and staff with questions and concerns.
- Performing other duties as assigned by the Bursar Office Coordinator and other management staff.
- Availability to work 20 hours per week.
- Flexible schedule within office hours (8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday).
- Must be Federal Work-Study eligible.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Maintaining professionalism at all times, especially when dealing with sensitive financial information.
- Ability to handle and maintain confidential student records.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Intermediate skill level in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is a plus.
