We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our team at our Hotel as a Day / Night Receptionist.
Responsibilities- Welcoming guests
- Check in and check out, including payment collection upon check in/check out of incoming and outgoing clients
- Handling phone lines
- Dealing with enquiries in person, on the telephone or via email
- Assisting reservations team in administration of reservations, cancellations, and no‑shows
The ideal candidate should be proficient in MS Office, fluent in written and spoken English, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrate strong organisational and multitasking abilities, and have a friendly, approachable demeanor.
