Clerical Partner (4 West) – 11pm‑7am – Part-Time
Clerical Partners support the clerical/administrative aspects of patient care delivery and serve as a liaison for patients, visitors, and staff.
Hours:
11pm‑7:30am, weekend and holiday rotation. Requirements: HS Diploma.
- Answer phones, patient calls, take messages, and refer questions and answers to the appropriate individual.
- Maintain unit supply of forms and prepare appropriate packets and information for admission, transfer, and discharge of patients.
- Monitor and order supplies; perform computer‑based functions including admission, transfer, and discharge, and make follow‑up appointments.
- Provide clerical support to the timely delivery of patient care.
- Serve as a customer service representative, receptionist, and liaison among patient, family, staff, and medical staff.
- Support relationship‑based care by providing compassionate, holistic care to patients, family, and co‑workers, and promoting a safe, caring, and healing environment.
- Track and monitor the locations of all patients and facilitate the movement of the patient from one care modality to the next; may sit with patients at times.
- High School Diploma (Required)
11pm‑7:30am, weekend and holiday rotation.
CompensationEstimated Compensation Range: $16.54 – $25.24 per hour, pay based on experience.
