The Business Operations Manager will oversee and enhance internal processes, lead a dedicated team, and manage key operational functions to support company growth and efficiency. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role combines leadership with hands‑on project coordination across both internal initiatives and external client engagements, with occasional travel. The position offers opportunities for advancement within the operations division.

Responsibilities

• Optimize business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Lead and manage a team to achieve operational goals
• Oversee budget planning and financial management
• Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements
• Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations
• Prepare and analyze reports and operational data
• Coordinate cross‑functional projects, both internal and external
• Develop and enforce company policies and compliance standards
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth operations
