Contract and Pricing Coordinator
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Pricing Coordinator to support the development, execution, and maintenance of pricing strategies across our product portfolio. This role plays a key part in ensuring pricing accuracy, competitiveness, and alignment with company profitability goals. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, thrives in a data-driven environment, and can collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Marketing teams.
Qualifications- 1–3 years of experience in pricing, finance, data analysis, or sales operations
- Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience with ERP or CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, AS400 preferred)
- Knowledge of pricing strategy, margin analysis, or revenue management
- Experience in manufacturing is strongly preferred
- Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.
- Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.
- Maintain and update pricing databases, systems, and tools
- Support the development and implementation of pricing strategies
- Conduct market and competitor pricing analysis
- Prepare pricing proposals, quotes, and margin analysis
- Monitor pricing performance and identify trends or discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with company pricing policies and approval processes
- Assist with contract pricing, bid submissions, and special pricing requests
- Generate pricing reports and dashboards for leadership
- Collaborate with Sales and Finance to resolve pricing discrepancies
- Other duties as assigned
- In office work environment. Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Follow and comply with all safety and work rules and regulations. Maintain departmental housekeeping standards.
