Associate Director
- Business Operations Partner
- Rheumatology and Nephrology Responsibilities
- Serve as trusted Business Operations partner to the General Manager and Brand Leadership Team.
- Support Business Unit strategy by integrating commercial insights, market dynamics, financial perspectives, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence.
- Identify growth opportunities, performance gaps, emerging risks, and strategic trade-offs; provide actionable recommendations.
- Provide objective, data-driven perspectives to support business decisions.
- Translate data into business insights and recommendations with Commercial Data & Analytics, Finance, and cross-functional partners.
- Monitor performance, identify trends, and drive proactive actions to accelerate growth and improve execution.
- Support scenario planning, strategic analyses, and executive decision-making; use structured problem solving and business storytelling.
- Develop executive-ready presentations and business narratives.
- Support brand planning, business reviews, forecasting, Long Range Strategy (LRS), and Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Translate priorities into execution plans (owners, milestones, success measures); establish feedback loops and performance metrics.
- Coordinate cross-functional alignment to ensure timely execution of initiatives.
- Introduce governance/best practices to improve collaboration and execution; lead/support strategic projects and continuous improvement.
- Doctorate + 3 years OR Master's + 5 years OR Bachelor's + 7 years OR Associate's + 12 years OR High school/GED + 14 years in operations, strategy, business analytics, or commercial experience.
- Business Operations/Strategy/Analytics/Commercial Excellence/Consulting experience.
- Strong commercial acumen; analytics, forecasting, performance management; structured problem solving.
- Executive communication, storytelling, presentations; cross-functional influence; planning/governance experience; organized multitasking.
- Continuous improvement mindset; leveraging AI/digital capabilities.
