- Represent the company in developing new business and strengthening client relationships.
- Collaborate and coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Ensures all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with contract and design
- Manages budget and financial reporting throughout the project
- Updates schedule with support of superintendents and subcontractors
- Manages and helps enforce Safety on a daily basis
- Identify new project leads, prepare precise estimates, and maintain a healthy pipeline of work.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager with a Commercial General Contractor.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar field preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Procore, MS Project, and Bluebeam.
- Ability to read and interpret all contract documents, plans, specifications, and requirements.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills for effective collaboration with clients, coworkers, subcontractors, suppliers, and design professionals.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-oriented attitude.
- Commitment to delivering superior customer service and professionalism.
- Strong deductive reasoning and critical thinking skills, someone who thrives in a team environment and approaches challenges by gathering input, analyzing from multiple angles, and contributing to well-informed project solutions.
