Responsibilities
  • Perform all job functions in accordance with the company’s culture, vision, and ethics.
  • Represent the company in developing new business and strengthening client relationships.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Ensures all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with contract and design
  • Manages budget and financial reporting throughout the project
  • Updates schedule with support of superintendents and subcontractors
  • Manages and helps enforce Safety on a daily basis
  • Identify new project leads, prepare precise estimates, and maintain a healthy pipeline of work.
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager with a Commercial General Contractor.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar field preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Procore, MS Project, and Bluebeam.
  • Ability to read and interpret all contract documents, plans, specifications, and requirements.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills for effective collaboration with clients, coworkers, subcontractors, suppliers, and design professionals.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-oriented attitude.
  • Commitment to delivering superior customer service and professionalism.
  • Strong deductive reasoning and critical thinking skills, someone who thrives in a team environment and approaches challenges by gathering input, analyzing from multiple angles, and contributing to well-informed project solutions.
