We're partnered with one of Chicago's most respected and forward-thinking real estate developers that's looking to add a Project Manager to its growing construction team.

This is a unique opportunity to join a fully integrated organization where development, architecture, design, and construction all operate under one roof. Instead of working through multiple outside consultants, you'll collaborate directly with in-house teams from project conception through completion, creating a more efficient and collaborative project delivery process.

• Lead projects from preconstruction through final turnover
• Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and project financials
• Coordinate with in-house development, design, and construction teams
• Build relationships with owners, consultants, subcontractors, and field teams
• Drive project execution while maintaining quality, schedule, and budget goals
• Help deliver high-profile developments across the Chicagoland market

• Project Manager experience with a General Contractor or Developer
• Experience managing commercial, multifamily, mixed-use, or hospitality projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Someone looking to grow with a company that has a long-term development pipeline
• Base salary up to $150K
• Performance-based bonus
