VDR Development Group is growing—and not the “someday we might need help” kind of growing. We’re talking real projects, real clients, and a real need for a Traveling Construction Superintendent right now.

Our local team has been carrying the load on out-of-state projects, and we're ready to bring in a field leader who can take ownership, keep projects moving, and ensure every remodel and build-out runs like a well-oiled machine.

As our Traveling Superintendent, you'll be the boots-on-the-ground leader responsible for keeping projects on track, on budget, and on schedule.
