TITLE: Customer Service Representative
POSITION OBJECTIVE: If you are passionate about helping people and solving problems, join our growing team at Brown Paper Products Company, a leading manufacturer in paper converting for the food service industry where our quality products are met with our exceptional service.

- 1-3 years of customer service experience (manufacturing or B2B preferred)
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
- Comfortable use of order processing and CRM systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- A positive attitude and a desire to learn.
- Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.
- Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.
- As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers and sales team, ensuring they receive fast, friendly, and accurate assistance.
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone or email.
- Process orders, returns, and assisting product information requests.
- Collaborate with manufacturing and logistics departments to expedite orders.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records in our CRM system.
- Proactively follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Office environment. Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm.
- Must adhere to all safety regulations.
- Must complete ongoing training as required.
