Customer Service Representative

Role Overview

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for maintaining assigned accounts, providing exceptional client service, and troubleshooting inquiries related to orders, backorders, ETA's, and tracking. The role is focused on providing complete resolution on every inquiry and serving as a liaison to other departments.

• Investigate customer problems and complaints, provide effective responses to client inquiries, and resolve issues to client satisfaction.
• Enter manual replenishment orders in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate is a positive, engaged person with excellent customer service skills, a problem solver with the ability to multi‑task, and a high school graduate or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment.

• High School graduate or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of Customer Service experience in a call center environment
• Bachelor's Degree Preferred
• Computer literate, including MS Word, Excel, and e‑mail
• AS 400 and Service Now experience a plus
• Problem solver with the ability to multi‑task using judgment and decision‑making skills
