Maintain knowledge on 20,000 products and 3 catalogues to assist customers;
Follow up to ensure customer service expectations are met;
Build relationships with assigned customer base and research/ suggest alternative products;
Use computerized systems for tracking and information gathering; resolve issues including credit concessions; may perform outbound calls to vendors
