Account Manager​/Customer Service Representative

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Account Manager / Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will build and maintain strong relationships with customers, manage accounts, resolve issues, and ensure an outstanding customer experience. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through excellent communication and follow-up.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
• Process orders, quotes, and account updates accurately.
• Resolve customer concerns by identifying solutions and coordinating with internal departments.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve service.
• Assist with onboarding new customers and educating them on products and services.
• Perform additional administrative and customer support duties as needed.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
