Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize retail media campaigns across onsite and offsite channels
- Implement algorithmic and manual bidding strategies

- Manage relationships with leading Retail Media Networks
- Serve as a trusted advisor by developing tailored retail media strategies
- Lead day-to-day program management, ensuring high engagement and satisfaction
- Stay ahead of industry trends, contributing to company-wide knowledge sharing
- Work independently while proactively seeking guidance and alignment
- 3+ years of experience in performance digital media
- Proven expertise in Amazon Ads, The Trade Desk, Pacvue, and Criteo
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends
- Track record of delivering results through display channels and performance media
- Exceptional communication and client management skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
