The ELCD program at OHU is known for its closely-knit teams who often work together for years at a time! • Education:
  
  High School Diploma required, Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
• Paraprofessional license required
• Don't have your license? One Hope United will pay 100% for the licensure test!
• Experience:
  
  One year of professional experience working with children in a classroom setting preferred
