Must meet all current Illinois Teaching Licensure requirements.
SalaryEntry Level Salary of a BA with 0 Years of Experience, according to the Teaching Contract, is $41,318.00.
Benefits- 12 paid sick days and 3 paid personal days per year.
- The Board contributes $610.00 per month towards the cost of health insurance.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, teaching ESL Students. ESL Teacher will provide direct instruction, collaborate with staff, differentiate instructions, assess student progress, create a supportive environment, administer language screenings, coordinate assessments, manage bilingual advisory committee activities and parent engagement.

EligibilityAs required by State Law and District Policy, employment is conditional upon passing a background investigation. A current Illinois Teaching Certificate with ESL Certification is required.
