The Revenue Cycle Principal Trainer partners with other trainers and managers to provide training programs for users of the electronic health record (EHR) system and other third‑party systems. The primary focus will be on one or more of the following Epic Modules;
Hospital Billing, Professional Billing and/or Prelude and will include training system build and maintenance. The trainer will participate in workflow design to gain in‑depth knowledge of operational needs and ensure the system design supports optimal user workflows. Identifies improvement opportunities and develops curriculum and training plans to support change. Promotes a climate that encourages learning and self‑motivation through the application of principles of adult learning.

• Deliver system training to all revenue cycle end‑users and new hires;
  Present information verbally and in writing/digital media in a clear and easy to understand manner. Accurately track end user attendance, course completion, and testing in the Learning Management System (LMS).
