You will lead research on new alloy development and foundry processes, playing a critical role in the advancement of Caterpillar's product lines.
The ideal candidate has a B.S. in Metallurgical Engineering or Materials Science, possesses strong technical expertise, and demonstrates effective project management skills. This full-time position requires onsite work five days a week.
