This role plays a critical part in scaling best practices and enabling high-performing, standardized operations across the organization.

As a
** Senior Process Engineer**, you will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and standardizing manufacturing processes across plants of varying scale. This role leads cross-functional initiatives, implements best practices, and drives continuous improvement to enhance operational performance, safety, and financial outcomes.

This role reports to the Senior Manager Process & Control Systems Engineering.

* What you will do:

*** Develop and deliver complex engineering designs, including process flow diagrams, P&IDs, and cost estimates.
* Lead process optimization initiatives to improve production efficiency, quality, and cost performance.
* Drive implementation and adherence to Best Operating Practices (BOP) and continuous improvement frameworks.
* Lead root cause analysis and resolution of complex process deviations with sustainable solutions.
* Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (operations, maintenance, quality, supply chain) to solve challenges and implement improvements.
* Ensure accurate and compliant Management of Change (MOC) documentation for process updates.
* Share and scale best practices and new technologies across sites to drive enterprise-wide impact.
** What you will bring:
*** Bachelor’s or advanced degree in an engineering discipline (or equivalent experience).
* Proven experience in manufacturing process optimization and standardization.
* Deep technical expertise in process engineering, including design, process controls, and equipment selection.
* Demonstrated ability to lead complex problem-solving initiatives and implement sustainable solutions.
* Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive results.
