• Design and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing building systems based on your area of expertise
• Prepare engineering calculations, technical reports, specifications, and construction documents
• Develop HVAC, plumbing, power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, or specialty building system designs
• Coordinate closely with architects, structural engineers, civil engineers, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams
• Utilize Revit and BIM workflows to support integrated project delivery
• Participate in client meetings, design reviews, and project coordination sessions
• Support projects through schematic design, design development, construction documents, bidding, and construction administration
• Review shop drawings, respond to RFIs, and assist with construction-phase services
• Support project scheduling, budgeting, and technical coordination efforts
• Mentor junior engineers and designers as experience level allows
• Contribute to innovative, sustainable, and constructable building system solutions

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related engineering discipline preferred
• Current experience within an MEP consulting engineering or AEC environment required
• PE preferred
• Candidates actively progressing toward professional licensure are strongly encouraged to apply
• Experience with commercial, healthcare, higher education, K-12, industrial, hospitality, mixed-use, laboratory, or institutional projects preferred
• Proficiency with Revit and BIM coordination workflows preferred
• Knowledge of applicable building codes, engineering standards, and industry best practices
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a collaborative consulting environment
