We are recruiting for a Foundry Metallurgist to support operations, quality initiatives, process optimization, new product development, and drive continuous improvement focused on safety, quality, productivity, yield enhancement, and cost reduction.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgy, Materials Science, Metallurgical Engineering, or a related technical discipline. A Master’s degree is preferred.
Qualifications- At least 2 years of progressive experience in metallurgy, materials engineering, or foundry operations.
- Direct iron foundry experience required.
- Heat treatment experience required.
- Machine shop and machining process experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of ferrous metallurgy, casting processes, and heat treatment practices.
- Proven analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
- Experience utilizing statistical methods and process improvement tools.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
