Responsibilities
- Leading the development and implementation of warehouse automation strategies to optimize supply chain operations
- Analyzing client supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction
- Collaborating with clients to develop operational strategies that enhance efficiency and responsiveness
- Providing guidance on technology and data analytics to create a connected and agile supply chain network
- Managing large‑scale projects and coordinating with multi‑level teams to drive project success
- Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within supply chain processes
- Validating outcomes with clients and acting on feedback to refine strategies and solutions
- Directing teams through complex and uncertain situations, maintaining composure and focus
- Initiating open and honest coaching conversations to develop high‑performing, diverse teams
- Modeling and reinforcing professional and technical standards in line with firm guidelines
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 6 years of experience
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study:
Aerospace Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Engineering, Engineering Mechanics, Engineering Physics, Industrial and Operations Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Project Engineering & Management, Biomedical Science, Computer and Information Science, Data Processing/Analytics/Science - Demonstrating advanced skills in supply chain management software
