What is Expected of You
The Table Games Supervisor oversees all table game operations and personnel, ensuring compliance with company policies, gaming regulations, and procedures. This role upholds integrity, safety, and service, fostering a professional and efficient environment while actively coaching dealers and trainees.
- Deliver exceptional guest service to guests, team members, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Remain calm and professional in high‑pressure situations.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, managers, team members, vendors, and guests.
- Encourage collaboration and open communication to support operational excellence and a positive work environment.
- Lead by example in demonstrating integrity, professionalism, and adherence to company values and policies.
- Assist in resolving guest disputes, discrepancies, or complaints promptly, fairly, and in accordance with company procedures and standards.
- Ensure all guest transactions are handled accurately and professionally, reporting any irregularities, disputes, or conflicts to the Table Games Manager.
- Supervise and coach dealers to ensure accuracy, professionalism, and excellent guest service.
- Oversee assigned table games and employees to ensure compliance with gaming regulations, internal controls, and company procedures.
- Elevate the performance of assigned team members by providing feedback and coaching as needed.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- High School or GED.
- 1–3 years of prior experience in Table Games.
- Successful/Passed audition.
- Ability to speak, read, and write in English; bilingual skills are preferred.
- Thorough knowledge of at least two core games.
- Ability to maintain discretion and protect confidential information.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to monitor card/dice changes.
- Ability to inspect all new gaming equipment prior to use on games, ensuring integrity and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Frequent walking, kneeling, sitting, reaching, twisting, bending, pushing, and pulling throughout the shift.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods during a shift.
- Lifting up to 25 pounds consistently.
- Frequent grasping, squeezing, and handling of money throughout the shift.
- Ability to handle cards, gaming chips, and other table game equipment quickly and accurately in repetitive motions.
- Demonstrate good hand‑eye coordination and finger agility for precise card dealing and chip handling.
- Be prepared to work in a casino environment with high noise levels.
- Must have normal color vision and the ability to perform specific visual tasks (near and distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, focus adjustment) with or without corrective lenses.
- Obtain and maintain necessary licenses and/or certifications as required by local gaming regulations.
