As an Rowan Advisor, you’ll help Baby Boomer owners of $10M–$250M revenue industrial SMBs understand what their business is worth, what’s holding back their valuation, and how to prepare for an eventual sale.
You’ll lead valuation conversations, deliver engagement proposals, and quarterback the handoff to the Investment Banking team, acting as the connective tissue between discovery and transaction readiness.
This is an ideal role for someone with M&A, consulting, private equity or investment banking experience who loves the human side of deal-making and wants to help redefine an entire category.

What You’ll Do- Build relationships with business owners across manufacturing, distribution, and construction and travel to see their operations firsthand.
- Run valuation and succession conversations that open owners’ eyes to how much value they’re leaving on the table.
- Present Rowan’s platform as the bridge between modernization and maximum sale price.
- Manage a clean, high-velocity pipeline from first meeting through signed engagement.
- Work directly with Rowan’s Investment Banking, CFO Services, and Marketing teams to ensure every deal moves fast and closes strong.
- Be the face of Rowan in your network, earn trust and close deals.
- 3–7 years in Finance, Consulting, M&A, PE or IB sales
- Consistent top-producing originator in a finance role with a track record of sourcing and closing deals.
- Experience working directly with founders, CFOs, or owner-operators.
- A mix of analytical rigor and human EQ, can explain complex ideas simply and earn trust fast.
- Self-starter mentality with comfort navigating a startup environment.

- Competitive Compensation: $100K-120K (Base Salary + Commission + Equity) = $300-500K OTE
