10 is partnering with a rapidly growing private equity-backed business looking to hire a Controller to support the next phase of growth, acquisition integration, and finance transformation.

This is a highly visible role working directly alongside the CFO within a business that has expanded significantly through acquisition and continues to invest heavily in systems, processes, and infrastructure to support future growth.

The environment would suit someone who enjoys building structure, improving accountability, and helping scale a finance function within a lean, fast-moving organisation rather than stepping into a heavily layered corporate environment.

• Direct partnership with the CFO and executive leadership team
• Opportunity to help shape the accounting function as the business continues to scale
• Net Suite environment with ongoing optimisation, integration, and process improvement initiatives
• Exposure to acquisition activity, multi-entity accounting, and business integration projects
• High level of visibility and ownership across accounting operations, reporting, and controls
• Opportunity to mentor and develop accounting talent across the organisation
• Strong long-term growth potential as the business continues to expand

• Controller, Assistant Controller, or Senior Accounting Manager experience
• CPA strongly preferred
• Net Suite experience strongly preferred
• Strong accounting fundamentals with experience across month-end close, reporting, controls, and audit
• Multi-entity accounting experience highly attractive
• Comfortable operating within lean, growth-oriented environments
• Someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and building scalable infrastructure

The CFO is specifically looking for somebody hands-on, commercially aware, and adaptable with a genuine builder mentality and the desire to grow alongside the business.
