As a bilingual Spanish Personal Banker within PNC's Retail Branch organization, you will be based in Waukegan, IL. Your role focuses on acquiring and deepening the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, managing the customer experience, collaborating with ecosystem partners, positioning PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty, and delivering a full PNC conversation with every client interaction.
Responsibilities- Acquire and deepen the customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
- Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve the customer's financial wellbeing.
- Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow the customer's share of wallet.
- Position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty through outbound calling, service-to-sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement.
- Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate PNC solutions.
- Leverage ecosystem partnerships and community Centers of Influence to acquire, expand, and retain relationships.
- Create customer loyalty and grow customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience.
- Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs.
- Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources.
- Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively to drive customer loyalty.
- Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
- Participate in branch daily operations, ensuring they are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Exhibit a heightened scrutiny to identify and avoid loss.
- Customer Focused – Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and able to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.
- Managing Risk – Assessing and effectively managing all of the risks associated with business objectives to ensure alignment with PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
- Associate’s degree or equivalent, with 3+ years of related experience or product knowledge.

Base Salary: $46,800.00 - $63,250.00
Salary may vary based on geographic location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with payments based upon company, business, and/or individual performance.
