Oversee financial strategy for CDW’s portfolio of technology solutions and services
Lead and develop the finance team supporting the CSSO businesses
Serve as finance business partner to the Services and Solutions executive team
Provide strategic finance, forecasting, expense, planning analysis, and recommendations to CSSO leadership
Drive long-range strategic planning across Cloud, Infrastructure, Security, and Digital Transformation businesses
Partner on pricing, mix, portfolio strategy, and commercial-construct modeling
Monitor industry trends and market dynamics to identify opportunities and risks
Lead forecasting and scenario modeling for recurring and project-based revenues
Develop ARR, renewal, retention, churn, upsell, and expansion models
Build bookings-to-billings-to-revenue bridges
Align pipeline metrics with forward-looking financial targets
Design utilization and productivity models across global delivery teams
Track cost-to-serve, labor efficiency, partner spend, automation leverage, and delivery cost metrics
Benchmark margins by service type and identify automation and AI-enabled efficiency opportunities
Oversee annual operating plans, budgets, rolling forecasts, and quarterly business reviews
Produce KPI dashboards and executive narratives connecting performance to strategic priorities
Integrate CRM and delivery-system indicators into forecast accuracy models
Streamline planning and reporting processes and advance data visualization and analytics
Build data integrity and single-source-of-truth governance across core systems
Champion a digital FP&A ecosystem using CDW tools and AI-driven predictive analytics
Lead capital allocation and ROI analyses for strategic initiatives
Evaluate R&D and go-to-market investments and track payback, lifetime value, and margin impact
Collaborate cross-functionally to align financial goals with CDW’s broader objectives
Foster insight generation, continuous improvement, innovation, business partnership, and accountability
Upskill the team in advanced analytics, cloud unit economics, and scenario modeling
Set objectives, monitor performance, and support team members’ professional growth
Champion responsible AI adoption and continuous learning as part of CDW’s AI-fluent organization vision

Requirements

15+ years of progressive experience in high-performing technology services or solutions organizations
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field and 15 years of progressive finance experience, including 10+ years in leadership roles, or MBA in Finance, Accounting, or a related field and 13 years of progressive finance experience, including 8+ years in leadership roles
Understanding of CDW’s business and working domain knowledge of the technology ecosystem, including services, SaaS solutions, and/or cloud value chains
Experience with in a technology organization, including exposure to IT Services and high-growth areas such as Cloud, Data/AI, and Security
Demonstrated experience supporting complex organizations
Exceptional analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data
Expertise in data visualization tools and techniques
Superior proficiency in advanced financial modeling and financial software and tools
Demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting in a fast-paced environment
Strong business acumen, strategic mindset, and problem-solving skills
Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, including engagement with C-suite and board-level stakeholders
Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams
Expertise in technology services and solutions finance operations
Experience influencing investment decisions and financial plans that drive revenue growth and profitability
Knowledge of applied corporate finance theory, including capital allocation, project risk-weighting, cash flows, and cost of capital
