Integration Solutions Architect – Cloud & Enterprise Middleware

We are seeking a visionary Integration Solutions Architect to define and lead the evolution of enterprise integration strategy across complex, hybrid environments. This role is ideal for a technical leader who thrives on designing scalable, secure, and high-performing systems that power critical business operations. You’ll be responsible for shaping integration frameworks, driving modernization initiatives, and guiding cross-functional teams to deliver seamless connectivity between cloud and on-premise systems that support analytics, decision-making, and enterprise transformation.

• Architect and implement enterprise-grade integration solutions across cloud and on-premise environments using modern tools such as TIBCO CE, Mule Soft, and Azure Logic Apps.
• Design and oversee microservices-based cloud architectures, ensuring reliability, scalability, and robust security across distributed systems.
• Collaborate with business leaders, engineers, and solution architects to define integration strategies that align with organizational priorities and long-term technology vision.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership, setting best practices and establishing architectural standards for middleware and integration frameworks.
• Lead code and design reviews, ensuring technical excellence and adherence to governance and compliance standards.
• Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex integration issues across multi-platform ecosystems.
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies in API management, event-driven architectures, and containerized deployment frameworks to guide continuous innovation.
• Establish and enforce standardized processes and performance metrics to monitor and improve integration operations.
• Align departmental initiatives with enterprise strategies, balancing innovation, cost efficiency, and long-term maintainability.
• Partner with stakeholders across global teams to promote consistency, collaboration, and knowledge sharing in integration practices.
• Act as a strategic influencer within IT—securing resources, shaping technology investments, and guiding project portfolios to support business objectives.
• Champion transformation by fostering innovation, embracing emerging technologies, and leading organizational change in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience:
  
  10+ years of progressive experience in IT, including at least 3–5 years in systems architecture, solution design, or IT leadership roles.
• Proven success designing and implementing integration strategies across hybrid environments leveraging TIBCO, Azure, AWS, or equivalent technologies.
• Deep expertise with TIBCO products (BW, EMS, CE) and hands-on experience developing and deploying cloud integrations via Azure Logic Apps or comparable tools.
• Practical experience leading middleware migrations and modernizing legacy systems for cloud-native architectures.
• Proficiency in Kubernetes, container orchestration, and microservices deployment models.
• Strong understanding of IT governance, compliance frameworks, and enterprise-scale systems management.
• Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to influence across technical and executive audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining alignment with enterprise priorities.
• Collaborative mindset with a passion for mentoring, team development, and fostering a culture of innovation.

• Professional certifications in TIBCO or Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Experience with additional integration technologies such as Open Text Biz Manager or API management platforms.
• Background in managing distributed (onshore/offshore) development teams and vendor partnerships.
• Exposure to process optimization, compliance management, and IT service delivery frameworks.
