• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 3 to 5 software developers
• Guide the design and development of complex business-critical applications
• Provide technical leadership to ensure systems are scalable, secure, and resilient
• Work closely with cross-functional Agile teams to align technology with business goals
• Review architecture, code quality, and technical standards across the team
• Oversee full project life cycles from planning through delivery and optimization
• Support professional development and performance growth of team members
• Ensure engineering best practices, documentation, and delivery standards are followed
• Participate in technical decision-making and solution design at a senior level
• Contribute hands-on to development when needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience leading or managing software development teams
• Experience managing full software project life cycles in enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of system architecture, scalable application design, and Agile delivery
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site corporate environment
• Willingness to relocate to Waukegan, Illinois, if currently based outside the region
