IT Technical Specialist, SAP Archiving; OpenText

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Technical Specialist with expertise in SAP ILM and SAP archiving with Open Text to join our client's global and dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to lead significant projects in a collaborative environment, driving innovation and efficiency in our operations.

• Provide in-depth technical expertise and direction in the development and support of application systems and programming requirements.
• Lead requirements gathering workshops for project scoping and estimation.
• Manage SAP Archiving projects, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
• Conduct performance monitoring, capacity planning, and system upgrades.
• Serve as a technical expert, guiding the development, testing, and implementation of new solutions.
• Review and enhance design, ensuring all project documentation is delivered accurately.
• Collaborate with external partners and suppliers to achieve project goals.

• Degree in IT or a complementary business field.
• 10-13 years of experience in SAP ILM and SAP archiving with Open Text.
• Strong problem determination and resolution skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
• Proven collaboration and partnering skills.

• Prior management experience in a project management role.
• Experience in the healthcare industry.
• Understanding of process costs and service level agreements.
