Lead Digital Project Manager – Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Responsibilities

• Own the creation, maintenance, and optimization of customer journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Standardize templates and workflows to reduce dealer burden and accelerate onboarding.
• Operationalize solutions designed for scalability, supporting Caterpillar’s global footprint and diverse market needs.
• Drive consistency among dealer marketing automation journeys.
• Ensure compliance with opt-in rules and exclusion lists for targeted campaigns.
• Oversee campaign scheduling, dealer notifications, and performance reporting.
• Maintain documentation and playbooks for operational processes.
• Communicate with stakeholders and across related teams.

• Current Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement Developer and Marketing Cloud Engagement Consultant certifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe content management systems, and digital marketing data architecture, as it applies to the heavy machinery industry
• Direct experience scaling digital products for enterprise, dealer network, or global use
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance, compliance, and governance practices within a digital marketing context
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with demonstrated ability to drive change and build consensus
