Senior IT Project Manager – M&A Integration

We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to support a large-scale integration initiative resulting from a merger and acquisition (M&A). This role will serve as a dedicated project manager responsible for coordinating multiple technology work streams, driving cross‑functional alignment, and ensuring successful delivery of critical integration milestones.

• 10+ years of Infrastructure Project Management experience in a global environment
• Experience managing M&A or divestiture related projects
• Strong coordination, reporting, presentation, communication, and follow‑up/tracking skills (PowerPoint, Power Bi, Excel)

• Serve as the dedicated project manager for a large enterprise integration program
• Coordinate activities across multiple technology towers and work streams
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies
• Establish governance processes and provide regular status reporting to leadership
• Drive accountability across teams and proactively challenge timelines, risks, and blockers when necessary
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical execution plans

• Maintain visibility across all integration work streams and ensure interdependencies are identified and managed
• Facilitate communication and coordination between infrastructure, application, collaboration, identity, networking, endpoint, and service management teams
• Support planning workshops and strategy sessions to define the overall integration roadmap
• Escalate issues and risks appropriately to keep deliverables on track

• Support infrastructure integration planning and execution activities
• Manage coordination efforts across:
• Hosting and infrastructure services
• Networking integration
• Identity and access management
• Enterprise applications
• End‑user computing services
• End‑user technology & platform integrations
• Oversee planning and execution activities related to:
• Microsoft 365 integration and migration initiatives
• Service Now integration activities
• End‑user technology transitions and deployments
• Endpoint rollouts and user readiness activities
• Identity integration supporting application access and authentication requirements

• Coordinate migration work streams leveraging Quest migration solutions
• Support migrations involving:
• Active Directory
• Laptops and endpoint devices
• Mobile devices
• Collaborate with technical teams to manage migration timelines, testing, pilot activities, and production deployments

• 8+ years of IT Project Management or Program Management experience
• Proven experience leading large, complex enterprise technology initiatives
• Strong experience managing multiple concurrent work streams and stakeholder groups
• Demonstrated ability to identify, manage, and drive resolution of project dependencies and risks
• Experience creating executive‑level project status reporting and governance structures
• Strong communication, facilitation, and leadership skills
• Experience delivering infrastructure, end‑user computing, or enterprise platform projects

• Experience supporting M&A integrations
• Experience with enterprise technology integration programs involving multiple infrastructure towers
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 migration or integration initiatives
• Experience with Service Now implementation or integration projects
• Understanding of identity and access management concepts
• Experience managing endpoint deployment and migration programs
• Familiarity with Quest migration tools for Active Directory, laptop, and mobile device migrations

Contract position based out of Waukegan, IL.

Pay range: $65.00 – $75.00/hr.
