- Duration:
Full-time / Long-Term Contract - Open for C2C and full time both

- Visa- gc n citizens prefered but we can take h1b too
10+ years of experience in SAP HCM/Success Factors, with at least 6+ years in an architect role.
Proven experience leading multiple full lifecycle implementations of SAP Success Factors in both public and private sector environments.
Deep functional and technical expertise across all core Success Factors modules.
Strong experience with Success Factors-SAP ERP integration, middleware tools (e.g., SAP CPI, Dell Boomi), and cloud architecture principles.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with HR analytics, dashboarding, and visualization tools (e.g., SAP Analytics Cloud) is a strong plus.
