Corporate Intelligence Manager

• Lead a team of consultants responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on global threats and risks affecting company operations, personnel, assets, and reputation
• Supervise and mentor intelligence analysts across multiple regions or business units
• Oversee daily operations, task assignments, and team management
• Guide collection and analysis of open-source, proprietary, and partner intelligence concerning geopolitical risks, cyber threats, and physical security
• Produce strategic and tactical intelligence products, including threat assessments, risk forecasts, and executive briefings
• Ensure intelligence outputs are timely, relevant, and aligned with business priorities
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity, Corporate Brand, Fraud, Legal, HR, and Crisis Management teams on investigations, incident response, and strategic planning
• Serve as a key contact for intelligence sharing with law enforcement, industry groups, and vendors
• Present findings and recommendations to senior executives and cross-functional leadership
• Develop and maintain intelligence policies, SOPs, and analytical frameworks
• Ensure compliance with privacy, legal, and ethical standards
• Lead initiatives to improve intelligence capabilities through technology, training, and partnerships
• Support training initiatives and crisis and emergency response efforts to enhance organizational resilience

• 10 or more years of experience (Preferred)
• US 0132 Government Management Intelligence Job Series experience (preferred)
• GIAC Cyber Threat Intelligence (GCTI) certification (Preferred)
• SANS Global Information Assurance Certification (GIAC) (Preferred)
• Strong analytical, writing, and presentation skills
• Familiarity with intelligence platforms such as Dataminr, Flashpoint, Recorded Future, and Babel Street
• Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and integrity
• Knowledge of global regulatory environments and risk frameworks
• Experience supporting executive protection, travel risk, or crisis management programs
• Experience in corporate security, geopolitical risk, or threat intelligence within a business environment
• Proficiency in data visualization and intelligence reporting tools
• Must have a US valid passport
• Must be able to travel to the Chicago Metropolitan Area on an as needed basis
• Must submit to a background investigation
