What You'll Be Doing:

The Supply Chain Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to ensure the efficient flow of materials, products, and information throughout the supply chain. This role assists with purchasing, inventory management, order processing, and coordination with internal teams and external vendors to support on-time delivery and cost-effective operations.

  • Support the Inventory Manager in placing purchase orders and managing all PO changes through to closure.
  • Maintain accurate PO pricing and monitor key price change drivers, including currency fluctuations, raw material costs, and labor costs.
  • Deliver annual material forecasts to key factory partners to support capacity planning and production alignment.
  • Collaborate with factories to optimize production lead times and achieve MOQ reductions.
  • Coordinate factory expedite requests and elevate critical delays to Supply Chain Management when required.
  • Support the development of demand chain processes and optimize inventory levels to enable business growth.
  • Assist the Inventory Manager in enhancing Work Order handling processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.
What we expect

Position Requirements :
  • 2-3 years' experience in supply chain roles.
  • Strong technical skills in Python, SQL database handling, Power BI, and Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
  • 1 or 2 years’ experience with AI agent.
  • Demonstrated proactiveness and a strong results driven mindset.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude, especially related to parts, assemblies, and production workflows.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay:

$24.00 - $30.00 per hour. Your pay can be higher than this if you have relevant experience.
