Pay: $31/hour
Position OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain Analyst to support inventory management, distribution, logistics, and third-party logistics (3PL) operations. This role will be responsible for reviewing and managing supply chain transactions within SAP or a similar ERP system, reconciling inventory across internal and 3PL systems, monitoring inbound and outbound deliveries, and supporting the efficient movement of inventory between distribution centers.
The ideal candidate will bring hands‑on experience within supply chain, inventory management, logistics, warehousing, or distribution operations, along with exposure to SAP or another ERP system. This position requires strong analytical skills, cross‑functional collaboration, attention to detail, and the ability to investigate and resolve inventory and transactional discrepancies.
Key Responsibilities- Review and manage daily supply chain orders, deliveries, and inventory transactions within SAP or a similar ERP system
- Perform daily inventory reconciliation between internal systems and third‑party logistics (3PL) warehouse systems
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and collaborate with internal teams, 3PL partners, and IT resources to drive timely resolution
- Monitor and support inbound and outbound deliveries, returns, inventory movements, and warehouse‑related transactions
- Coordinate and track daily inventory transfers between Distribution Centers (DCs)
- Update ERP delivery transactions in a timely manner to prevent delays during inventory transfers
- Monitor and assist with the resolution of IDOC, EDI, or other system integration failures between internal ERP systems and 3PL inventory management platforms
- Generate and review daily operational reports, including completed outbound deliveries, returns, and inventory reconciliation reports
- Verify outbound deliveries and support accurate order execution
- Assist the Order Management team with order cancellations, batch determinations, and other ERP transactions as needed
- Develop, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory, distribution, order accuracy, and returns
- Support month‑end and quarter‑end supply chain activities, including cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and completion of inbound and outbound transactions
- Review short‑dated and excess inventory to help mitigate obsolescence risk
- Collaborate with Finance and Supply Chain partners on inventory analysis and reserve‑related activities
- Provide onsite support at third‑party logistics locations during project implementations or go‑live activities as needed
- Partner cross‑functionally with Supply Chain, Planning, Distribution, Warehousing, Logistics, IT, Finance, Order Management, 3PL providers, and business stakeholders
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, Economics, Information Systems, or another related quantitative or analytical discipline
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, with exposure to one or more of the following:
- Inventory Management
- Logistics
- Warehousing
- Distribution Operations
- 3PL Operations
- Order Management
- Experience working with an ERP system such as SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, Net Suite, Manhattan, or a similar enterprise platform
- Understanding of inventory transactions, warehouse operations, inbound/outbound deliveries, inventory transfers, or reconciliation processes
- Hands‑on experience with SAP
- Experience performing or supporting warehouse and inventory transactions within SAP
- Experience working with third‑party logistics providers (3PLs)
- Knowledge of IDOCs, EDI transactions, or ERP-to-warehouse system integrations
- Experience with inventory reconciliation, cycle counts, stock transfers, returns, and inbound/outbound delivery processes
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Power Point
- Experience with dashboard and reporting tools such as Power BI or Qlik Sense
- Continuous improvement experience, including Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
