Project Coordinator

• Coordinate and track all phases of assigned projects
• Maintain and update project logs, QB systems, and Excel trackers to reflect real-time project status
• Conduct weekly update calls and meetings with internal teams and clients
• Generate and submit daily work-in-progress (WIP) reports and training summaries
• Support project cost tracking, including labor, materials, vendors, subcontractors, and equipment
• Assist in preparing cost reports, forecasts, and earned value metrics
• Utilize tools like Excel and Power BI to generate performance and status reports
• Support change management processes and ensure accurate billing and documentation
• Collaborate with field managers to ensure job readiness and timely project completion
• Participate in stakeholder meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

• One or more years of experience in site acquisition (telecommunications experience is preferred, not required)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookups, IF Statements, etc.)
• Collaboration experience with vendors, project managers, engineers, or field teams
• Experience with Cost Breakdown Structures (CBS) is preferred, not required
• Power BI and SAP experience is a plus
• Must be able to show proof of eligibility to work in the United States.

Demonstrates strong project coordination and tracking capabilities, utilizing tools like Microsoft Excel and Power BI for performance reporting. Proficient in cost tracking and collaboration with internal teams and external vendors to ensure project readiness and completion.
