MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE
Hours:
M-F 7am-3:30pm
- Overseeing day-to-day facility and plant maintenance
- Performing preventive and routine maintenance on equipment and building systems
- Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical issues
- Maintaining and repairing facility equipment and infrastructure
- Supporting warehouse operations and maintenance needs
- Responding to equipment breakdowns and maintenance issues
- Coordinating maintenance activities and prioritizing repairs
- Helping keep the facility clean, safe, organized, and operational
- Monitoring equipment and identifying potential problems before they cause downtime
- Working with vendors or outside contractors when specialized repairs are needed
- Maintaining maintenance records, work orders, and/or inventory of parts and supplies
- Following OSHA/company safety procedures
- Providing hands‑on leadership and helping coordinate other maintenance personnel
