Apply labels and stickers to trays according to company standards.
Perform visual inspections of products to identify and remove defective items.
Sort, organize, and package products for shipment.
Ensure products are labeled accurately and meet quality standards.
Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed.
Assemble, pack, and prepare products according to work instructions.
Keep production lines supplied with materials and packaging.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by performing routine housekeeping.
Remove scrap materials and dispose of waste properly.
Follow production schedules to meet daily quotas and deadlines.
Report damaged products, equipment issues, or safety concerns to a supervisor immediately.
Operate basic warehouse equipment or hand tools as trained.
Assist with inventory counts and material organization when needed.
Support other departments with general labor tasks as assigned.
Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), if applicable.### Requirements Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, reach, and twist for extended periods.
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality.
Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
Basic math and counting skills.
Willingness to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining productivity and accuracy.
Ability to work overtime and weekends when required.
Flexibility to perform different job duties based on production needs.
Steel-toe boots and other required personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required.
Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience is preferred but not required.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
