CNC Operator

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced CNC Operator who has expertise in operating CNC machines, specifically those equipped with Plasma technology. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CNC operations, excellent technical skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• Operate CNC machines with Plasma technology according to specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders
• Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and make necessary adjustments
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during the machining process
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in machining is preferred
• Proven experience as a CNC Operator, specifically with Plasma machines
• Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong knowledge of CNC programming and operation
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
