The Warehouse Associate, Production plays a critical role in supporting manufacturing, assembly, packaging, and material handling activities to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction. - Operate automatic and manual production machines.
- Stake shields and seals on bearing products.
- Wash, dry, and grease bearings according to established procedures.
- Work with non-hazardous materials when applicable.
- Roll pack and bulk pack bearings in bags and individual packaging.
- Repack bearings as needed.
- Re-label products and affix labels accurately.
- Lift, move, unpack, and pack bearings and boxes.
- Perform mounted unit assembly tasks.
- Maintain quality, safety, and productivity standards within the warehouse and production environment.
- Support efficient movement of materials and products to meet customer requirements.
- Maintain accuracy in packaging, labeling, and product handling to support customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with Production, Warehouse, and Operations team members.
- Collaborate with supervisors and coworkers to ensure timely completion of production and packaging activities.
- Support smooth coordination between suppliers, manufacturing operations, and customer fulfillment activities.
- Follow established work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures.
- Maintain accuracy in packaging, labeling, and assembly processes.
- Contribute to efficient production workflows and continuous operational performance.
- Utilize basic verbal, written, and email communication skills.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding production activities, safety concerns, and operational needs.
Education
:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience
:
Previous warehouse, manufacturing, production, or related experience preferred.
Technical Skills
:
Ability to operate automatic and manual production equipment. Basic verbal, written, and email communication skills.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Successful completion of physical examination, drug screening, and background check.
- Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds repetitively and regularly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse environment.
- This is a Union Warehouse position.
