Hörmann North America is seeking an Assistant Supervisor to support the Production Supervisor in meeting production targets with a focus on quality and safety. You will lead a unionized shop, read drawings, and drive improvements using data-driven insights.
The candidate should have at least three years of progressive manufacturing or sheet metal experience, be proficient in Excel/Word/Outlook, and be familiar with SAP and production control interfaces. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
